Begin Again

After I met you, I remember Taylor Swift’s song called Begin Again. And all of sudden, that song reminded me of our moment. I wish I could freeze that time and keep it forever. I will cherish it for the rest of my life. Tay said, “you throw your head back laughing like a little kid” I remember you did and you look cute when you did that. And Tay said, “I think it’s strange that you think I’m funny” cause literally no one ever said that to me before. Since then, on a Monday in a cafe, I watched it begin again.

You have all of the aspects that I needed from a plus one. You make an effort to communicate with me in whatever way works best for us. You won’t try to take control of any aspects of my life, you let me decide. You carefully, attentively, and respectfully listen to every story I tell you. You encourage my passions, support my dreams, and help me reach my fullest potential. You match my energy, my laugh, my sadness, and my happiness. You make me feel safe and loved, without making me feel anxious, tense, or scared.

Maybe it’s all too fast. But I felt that I am now fully letting my emotions flow freely. I want to be somebody to you. So, let’s count the stars and fly to the moon.
